TERMS AND CONDITIONS –“Cash Dhamaka” Offer

  • 1. The Scheme shall be effective from 1st Nov 2021 to 31st March 2022 or till the stock lasts, whichever is earlier.
  • 2. Offer applicable only on purchase of SupremeMatt mattress product (herein after referred to as “Product”) from any its authorised Dealer/Stockist.
  • 3. Each customer will be issued with a “Cash Dhamaka Scratch & Win” Offer card/coupon on purchase of SupremeMatt mattress. Only one Scratch card shall be issued against one Product.
  • 4. All scratch cards/coupons are non-encashable, non-negotiable and non-transferable.
  • 5. This scheme is not to be clubbed with any of the existing schemes of the Company.
  • 6. After the Purchase of the select Products, the Customer shall be issued one scratch card, which he needs to scratch in front of the SupremeMatt Dealer/Stockist. Any customer found using any unfair means shall be disqualified.
  • 7. The visuals, pictures etc. shown in the cards/coupons or in any other promotional material are only indicative and may not be the actual gifts.
  • 8. No other person except the winner will be allowed to claim the reward.
  • 9. SupremeMatt is committed for the protections of Personal Information receive of the customers.
  • 10. Participation in the above scratch card offer is voluntary and free of cost. Products are available without this offer too.
  • 11. The company reserves the right to modify or withdraw the scheme at any time without notice or to provide any other gift of same value. The company’s decision regarding the same shall be final and binding.
  • 12. Taxes and Statutory levies as applicable shall be borne by the recipient of a reward.
  • 13. SupremeMatt is only responsible for that amount which is transfer to your account by our side as a reward in “Cash Dhamaka” offer.
  • 14. SupremaMatt’s authorized dealers or franchise are not eligible for participation in this offer.
  • 15. All disputes are subject to Jurisdiction of Jind Courts only.
